Old World Styled Shoot featured in White Magazine

Ormond Collective is a stunning new venue just walking distance from me and apparently only held one event before I approached the Big Group for a shoot there! Every year I do a styled photoshoot with team of amazingly talented vendors from the wedding industry. I think what I love most about these shoots is the free flowing creativity. Creating something amazing together....with no limits! Here are some words from Stylist Paula and Editor from White Magazine :Stylist Paula Christie :'When Neiyo approached us to be apart of this shoot we were immediately on board. Her style as a photographer highlights the beauty of relationships and produces the most breathtaking images that capture every part of emotion in the day. We initially visited the venue Ormond Collective and our creative brains immediately started dreaming. The old world charm with rich timber panelling and Neo-Tudor windows provided the perfect backdrop for the shoot. The brass and crystal elements, partnered with the ceremony space detailing of parquetry flooring and light bright windows allow so much potential to bring in other lux pieces to match.Partnering with Neiyo, we were able to bring together the most fabulous team of creatives. Each supplier brought their own interpretation of the look and it all came together perfectly.Raven and the Rose does what they do best, wild and loosely structured arrangements. Using colours that married together the broader elements of the shoot perfectly.Double Makers Studio designed the most lux stationary, with raw paper elements, geode stone and hand drawn calligraphy.Butter Baking made the most delectable cakes with gold foiling and floral printing icing elements. The Francesca dress from Karen Willis Holmes inspired the bridal look.Carlie Christie made up our models Eliza Baker and Nathaniel Van Maanen. Carlie played with the romantic and soft elements, enhancing Eliza’s beautiful features with fresh glowing skin, vintage waves and a romantic modern feel.Partnered with lux emerald and sapphire jewellery from Cushla Whiting Jewellery. And the Day of the shoot went fab! Everyone was SO lovely and SO much fun to work with, I not just loved the shooting part but chatting and getting to know the people and seeing them get along so well made my day. As Paula said, my work is to highlight relationshipsON and OFF camera!
