Garden Wedding in Melbourne

What better way to celebrate Rob and Mel than in a sunny garden wedding in Melbourne. We spend the whole day laughing and having the best time, just as a wedding should be: the Happiest day of your life!

Mel wore the most stunning sparkly dress by Rachel Gilbert, paired with stunning deep red statement earrings by Oscar De La Renta. Her first look with her family as her mother saw her was just too beautiful. I made sure we got some shots of Patsy and Eddie in their little bowties.

Then it was Robs' turn. His groomsmen were just a blast keeping each other grounded and the jokes were never running out. One of his groomsmen contacted me a few days later to shoot his wedding but I will be in Europe! His best man had made personalized stubby holders with each groomsmen's name on it and Rob looked dashing in his MJ Bale Linen Suit.

The Garden Party Wedding took place at Wattlepark Chalet, a very special place to me as my brother got married there over 10 years ago. The Courtyard was filled with hanging lightbulbs and colorful blooms by the amazing and bubbly Ione from Oh Hello Petal. One couple had a matching dress and bowtie and facemask for the occasion. Champagne was flowing after Rob and Mel made their vows to each other.

I asked Rob " How does it feel to be married?" and he answered, " It feels great!!"

We stayed at Wattle Park Chalet for photos and videos until the sun had set. I had come earlier this week to scout out for the best spots. Though every spot looked amazing with Rob and Mel in it. They opted for an intimate picnic-style celebration at Rob's Parents' backyard, a perfect way to finish a perfect day.
